CONFERENCE DINNER: We have the privilege of using the Hall of the Universe at the American Museum of Natural History as our venue for the evening festivities. The event will take place on Wednesday, July 13th, at 7PM. The dinner tickets are $100.00 per person. Please secure your ticket by July 7th, noon Eastern US time.

REGISTRATION FEE SUPPORT FOR PARTICIPANTS FROM DEVELOPING COUNTRIES AND STUDENTS

We expect to be able to offer registration fee waiver to a limited number of participants using funding from ISGRG, IUPAP, and NSF. Very limited travel support may also be available, see below.

Students: When registering, please indicate that you are applying for support. You will be asked to
1.) indicate the title of your submitted abstract,
2.) write a short essay on what you wish to accomplish at the conference.

Scientists from developing countries may apply for waiver of registration fees (sponsored by IUPAP). When registering, please indicate that you are applying for support. You will be asked to give
1.) the title of your submitted abstract,
2.) a description of why you require support.

The deadline to apply for registration fee support is be the early abstract submission deadline, March 14, 2016. Only those participants whose abstract is accepted for an oral or poster presentation will be eligible for support. A panel will review all applications and you will be notifed on the decision via email.

TRAVEL SUPPORT FOR STUDENTS, POSTDOCS and PARTICIPANTS FROM DEVELOPING COUNTRIES

The deadline to apply for travel support is also the early abstract submission deadline, March 14, 2016. Only a very-very limited travel support is also available. The reqest must be made via email. If your participation at the meeting is severely limited by the availability of travel funds please send an email message explaining your circumstances to GR21.LOC@gmail.com with 'Travel support request' in the subject line.

NOTE: If you wish to apply for registration fee and/or travel support, you must register. Decision on registration fee and travel support will be made by March 28, 2016.

The registration fee covers your attendance at all conference sessions, registration materials, coffee breaks, public lecture and welcome reception.
Guest registration covers attendance at the welcome reception and a New York CityPass (actual admission ticket to several NYC attractions. See http://www.citypass.com/new-york for details.

The conference dinner location and price information will be updated as soon as it is finalized.

To secure IUPAP sponsorship, the organizers have provided assurance that the GR21 meeting will be conducted in accordance with IUPAP principles as stated in the ICSU-Document "Universality of Science" (sixth edition, 1989) regarding the free circulation of scientists for international purposes. In particular, no bona fide scientist will be excluded from participation on the grounds of national origin, nationality, or political considerations unrelated to science.
